The battery cut off switch is located on the driver side rear under a small flap, you have to reach into the hatch and turn this red "key" about 90° that will turn the power on.
The red circle on the left is around the locking mechanism of the door, to open the door it must be unlocked. The red circle on the blue flag on the front is a little plastic button, to open the front door you press once, let go, then press and hold, sometimes this takes a few tries and then the door will open.
Only one fuel door on the passenger side on the king long C10 buses. None on the passenger side. This door can be accessed with the door open however it is better to do it with the door closed. The door is opened with the same key that fits in the front door.
This key is used to open the hatch, This key is most often found inside the bus to the left of the driver or in the middle compartment on the dashboard.. The lock is located on the bottom middle of the hatch.
The adblue tank is circled in red, you twist it off and refill it at an Olís station, the gun fits inside the tank no problem. The adblue should always be refilled after every tour or trip before you return the bus to the headquarters.
Number 1: Climate Control panel Number 2: Door switches Number 3: Handbrake (airbrake) Number 4: Radio Number 5: Cargo Hatch controls
Normal operation of the Climate control Press and hold the middle of the knob down. Be sure to have the temperature set to”hi” to ensure the bus will blow hot air. It is important not to have both systems with very different temperature numbers, the systems will then fight with each other, and the heating will become ineffective. Keep them within 2-3 degrees of each other and it will heat effectively. The fire icon on the right, that is the webasto heating, pressing it will give you a small menu starting with “auto” if you use the left knob you can turn it to “on” that will kick on the webasto system. The knob on the right will adjust how “long” the heating stays on for. Usually best around 25-50 minutes. The heating should start providing heat within 5-10 minutes under normal operating circumstances.
In case the webasto heater does not start for whatever reason, the first thing to do is to check the heater itself, on the C10 king long it is located in the hatch with the batteries and the Adblue tank, under the Adblue tank there is a cylinder, that is the Auxiliary diesel heater.
BE CAREFUL THIS HEATER CAN BE VERY HOT Between the diesel heater cylinder is a cable on the king long C10 that is not the same as all the other king longs. You will need to unplug this cable while the bus ON and the webasto heater switched ON on the HVAC panel inside the bus. Once you have unplugged it, waited 2-3 minutes, plugged it back in, if it THEN doesnt work then a phone call to the operations manager currently on the phone (vaktsími 666-2110).
